Mr Kwaku Ampoma Agyei – Henaku is a geologist with over 20 years’ experience in prospecting and mining for gold and base metals on different mineral prospects in West & East Africa. He was appointed Exploration Manager of Amani Gold Limited in December 2017.

Mr Kwaku Agyei – Henaku has successfully explored for gold from 1996 for Santa Fe Mining Inc. (now Newmont) and Birim Goldfields ltd (now B2Gold) on the Bui and Dunkwa projects in Ghana, Gold Fields Exploration Ltd as senior supervising geologist in Mali – 1.8Moz Yanfolila Projects (Sankarani and Komana), Australia – St Ives Gold Mine, Burkina Faso – 4.8Moz Essakane Gold Mine, Guinea – 1Moz Mansonia, Kossanke Celine, Telikan Tamakaya Projects, DR Congo – Kissenge Project, Ghana – Mampehia, Bibiani, East Ashanti Projects and in Cote de Ivoire – Sissingue Project.

Mr Kwaku Agyei – Henaku was also a key member of Burey Gold’s exploration team from 2008 to 2015 serving in various technical and managerial roles as senior geologist and regional exploration manager in Guinea exploring for gold and uranium – Balatindi project. He has been actively involved since 2015 in the successful exploration activities leading to the delineation of a 2Moz maiden inferred gold resource at Kebigada on Amani Gold’s Giro project in DR Congo.

Mr Kwaku Agyei – Henaku holds a BSc (Hons) Geology degree from the University of Legon, Ghana.
